Dennis Freeman

Dennis started his career in the event business while attending Michigan State University, managing backstage arrangements for artists such as INXS, The Clash, and George Carlin, among others. After graduation, he worked for Pro Events and was heavily involved with the development of new events in Florida (Suwannee River Jam), Oregon (Oregon Jamboree), and California (Feather River Jam).  During this time, he also oversaw all logistics and operations for Nashville’s long running Summer Lights Festival.  In 1997, Dennis assisted Mayor Bredesen with the creation of the new Mayor’s Office of Film and Special Events.  In 1999 Dennis returned to his real passion; producing live events. He excels at event budgeting, creating timelines and schedules, developing site layouts (CAD drawings), negotiating with local government officials, creating safety and security plans, emergency management coordination, as well as hiring and managing every manner of subcontractor and supplier.  Dennis thrives in the high intensity event world, priding himself on making wise decisions in stressful situations. Dennis has completed the Event Safety Alliance’s Event Safety Access Training, FEMA’s National Incident Management Systems, and FEMA’s Orientation to FEMA Logistics. Over twenty years later, Dennis has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise working events as diverse as CMA Music Fest, KAABOO, and Luke Bryan’s Farm Tour, just to name a few.

Erin Regutto

With over eighteen years of festival and live event management experience, Erin has managed everything from farmers’ markets to three-day camping and music festivals, providing her with ample experience in all   facets of event management. She uses her trademark skills of problem solving, creativity, and flexibility to produce memorable events including KAABOO in Del Mar, California, Virgin Fest in Los Angeles, California, and Mempho Music Fest in Memphis, Tennessee. She excels at logistics and operations, and her attention to detail means that programs run smoothly from concept to completion. Erin spent six years as the Festival Director for the Oregon Jamboree Music Festival and has site managed for the Luke Bryan Farm Tour, CMA Music Festival, LRS Music Festival, and the World Food Championships, Boats, Blues, and BBQ, Rollin’ on the Riverwalk, Wild, Wild West Fest, the Port Charlotte Invitational, developed and executed the camping program for Party in the Pines Music Festival, and has worked in different roles for many other festivals and events. Erin has completed the WHO’s Public Health Preparedness for Mass Gatherings, the Event Safety Alliance’s Event Safety Access Training, and FEMA’s National Incident Management Systems. Erin shines under pressure as evidenced by her exemplary work on hundreds of public events encompassing millions of attendees.

Kristen Moser

Kristen was born into a music industry family that booked and produced events in Kentucky and the tri-state area.  After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University with a Music Marketing Degree, she moved to Nashville, TN to pursue her career in event production.  Kristen has a well rounded understanding of events and has worked in such positions as: Site Manager, Backstage Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Producer, Talent Executive, Talent Wrangler Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, Accreditation Manager, Production Supervisor, Script Supervisor, Floor Director, Operations Manager and more.  June 2019, she joined the Directors Guild of America as a Stage Manager for televised productions.  Over the years she has worked Super Bowl, CMA Fest, CMA Awards, ACM's Party for a Cause, Nashville's NYE and July 4th, NFL Draft, Luke Bryan Farm Tour, Oregon Jamboree, Linn Co. Fair, Live on the Green, and many others.
